Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

·   Receive and manage inbound and outbound patient calls professionally.

·   Provide information regarding doctor appointments, diagnostic services, healthcare packages, and other medical services.

·   Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.

·   Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback with proper communication and empathy.

·   Maintain accurate patient information and call records in the system.

·   Coordinate with doctors, diagnostic departments, and front desk teams to ensure smooth patient service.

·   Follow up with patients regarding reports, appointments, and service updates.

·   Ensure high-quality customer service and patient satisfaction at all times.

·   Meet daily call handling and service performance targets.

 

Educational Requirements

·   Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

·   Candidates from relevant healthcare or customer service backgrounds will get preference.

 

Experience Requirements

·   01–02 years of experience in:

o Hospital

o Diagnostic Center

o Medical Service Center

o Healthcare Call Center

 

Additional Requirements

·   Strong communication skills in Bangla and basic English.

·   Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.

·   Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts if required.

·   Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/call management software.

·   Smart, sincere, and well-organized personality.
