Administration, Computer skill, Customer Support/ Client Service, Data Entry, Database Administration, Tele Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain customer accounts, customer interactions and file documents by recording account information/ database
∎ Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs over phone
∎ Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
∎ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
∎ Manage large amounts of incoming and Outgoing calls
∎ Generate sales and service leads
∎ Inform customer of deals and promotions
∎ Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
∎ Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
∎ Close out or open call records
∎ Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
∎ Read from scripts
∎ Handle changes in policies or renewals
∎ Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
∎ Meet the target for outgoing calls, finding potential customers and database management
∎ Task assigned by CEO

Born in England, Phil has over 30 years of automotive design expertise including a number of years at Ford and will be leading the design studio at HAVAL’s headquarters in Baoding, as well as the advanced design studio in Shanghai. His role is to build a world-class design team and create the unique design of all HAVAL models and strengthen the brand’s position in the SUV segment on the world stage.
