∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Interior Project, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Having Experience of working in Construction, Interior Design and Business Development.
∎ • Must be Capable to achieving individual business target on monthly, quarterly, half quarterly and yearly.
∎ • Initiate action plan to identify potential market along with new business opportunities.
∎ • Identify and establish Contact, maintain and develop good relationship with the client.
∎ • Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with different government offices, NGOs industries, and corporate houses.
∎ • Responsible for regular following up clients and maintain their records. Ensure and maintaining proper records keeping of all activates in the Computer.
∎ • Maintaining all documentation and ensuring logistics for tendering and large sales.
∎ • Analyzing market trends and competitors' business strategy as well as updating higher authorities.
∎ • To find out new idea to generate business and profit.
∎ • To share idea how to improve the business with management and other colleagues.
∎ • Have to travel all over the country as per client query whenever required.
∎ • Any other task assigned by the Management.
