Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities:

  • Connect the brand with prospective customers through targeted outreach and solution alignment.

  • Generate leads, manage the sales funnel, and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, price quotations, tenders, and other sales documentation.

  • Maintain customer relationships by recording, tracking, and managing interactions and deal progress.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, performance summaries, and activity trackers.

  • Support the sales team in strategy implementation to drive revenue growth.

  • Analyze customer needs and market behavior to improve engagement and solution offerings.

  • Participate in client meetings, product demos, and presentations with senior team members.

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends for strategic sales planning.
