Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) and Master of Science (MSc) in Food Science/Technology/ Chemistry/Applied Chemistry or a related discipline from any reputed public/private university with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 on a scale of 4.·

∎ Ability in product formulation, analysis, ingredient functionality, report preparing.
∎ Sound knowledge in functional F&B will be an added advantage.
∎ Must have fluency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) & SPSS.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct number of in-house and external product tests, & on time report submission.
∎ Conduct evaluation of newly launched products.
∎ Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure smooth product development processes.
∎ Maintain detailed documentation of product formulations, ingredient specifications, and test results.
∎ Stay ahead of market trends by exploring new technologies, ingredients, and consumer demands. Identify opportunities to introduce innovative products that will differentiate the business in the marketplace.
