Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in identifying and tracking new public sector tenders and projects.
Support in the preparation of technical and financial proposals, documentation, and presentations.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary inputs for bid submission.
Maintain databases of ongoing and upcoming public sector opportunities.
Participate in client meetings, briefings, and pre-bid sessions as assigned.
Ensure timely submission of tenders and compliance with public procurement requirements.
Support in market research, competitor mapping, and data analysis.
Maintain regular communication and relationship management with relevant government contacts.
