Job Context

We are looking for a dynamic, smart & presentable Executive (Business Development) for our Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English

  • Speaking directly and over the phone with foreigners to make deals with them

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to communication with foreigners into clear with concise documents

  • Excellent English writing abilities, including proposal drafting and social media communication.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working in a team & problem-solving mindset

  • Regular Reporting (Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly) to Management.

  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes & Recommend solutions to increase efficiency

  • Data collection about competitors & potential clients

  • A creative, strategic, and results-driven mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas

  • Develop a strong Buyer – Seller relationship

  • Promote new product to our client & regularly contact with supply chain

  • Process orders via email or phone

  • Issue indent – check data accuracy in orders and invoices

  • Recommend solutions to increase efficiency Visiting existing as well as potential customers to prospect for new business

  • Developing relationship with existing customers via meeting, telephone call & e-mails.

  • Identify and develop new business through networking, strategic, courtesy & follow up calls

  • Prepare indent, offer sample forwarding, amendment letter etc. for customers

  • Efficient and fluency in English and email communication.
