Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive organizational growth.
∎ Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand our customer base.
∎ Manage and optimize customer care operations, ensuring prompt and effective response to inquiries and concerns.
∎ Oversee call center operations, ensuring high-quality customer service and adherence to service level agreements.
∎ Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage with the target audience on platforms such as Facebook and YouTube.
∎ Manage social media groups and communities, fostering meaningful interactions and driving customer engagement.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for social media platforms, including videos, articles, and promotional materials.
∎ Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in digital marketing and customer care operations.
∎ Develop and deliver presentations and reports to senior management, highlighting business growth opportunities and achievements.
