Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement Office Policies and Procedures to Improve Office Discipline and Ensure Compliance with the Company and Local Laws of Dubai.
∎ Design Manpower Plan to Achieve the Business Targets on Time.
∎ Facilitate Recruitment, Selection and Placement of Manpower Efficiently.
∎ Prepare Monthly Salary Sheet and Ensure Accurate Salary Disbursements to Employees.
∎ Maintain Employee Documents and update employee Database on Time.
∎ Ensure Daily Attendance, Late Count, Leave, Absent and Report to the Management Regularly.
∎ Ensure on-time Payment of Tax and VAT of Business Concerns in Dubai.
∎ Communicate and Coordinate with the Accounting Firm regarding Necessary Accounts Services.
∎ Oversee and streamline daily office operations to ensure efficiency across all the Business Units.
∎ Ensure Payment of Office Rent, Managing Cheques and Funds for Smooth Business Operations.
∎ Digital Marketing Management in Coordination with the Marketing Agency.
∎ Coordinate and supervise the administrative functions of the office, including managing office supplies, licensing and ensuring the office environment is well-maintained.
∎ Act as a central point of contact between the Management and other departments of Dubai Concerns.
∎ Coordinate advertising campaigns and assist in planning and coordinating promotional events.
∎ Organize regular team meetings, ensuring clear communication and smooth collaboration across Business.
∎ Ensure Smooth Restaurant Operation by Resolving Necessary Issues on Time.
∎ Monitor Restaurant Budget and Purchase Plan and Expenses to Ensure Transparent Operations.
∎ Provide Monthly the Projection of Revenue, Expenditures as well as Profit/Loss.
∎ Maintain and Update Necessary Data in the POS Software.
∎ Keep the Management Updated by Providing Required Reports on Time.
∎ Any other Task Assigned by the Management Time to Time.Cross-functional responsibility:·        Coordinate with Sales, Service, Accounts, HR and other relevant Departments to ensure smooth running and Service of the Restaurant.Communicate with other Stakeholders to Resolve any Business Issues Promptly.
