Understanding business requirements, objectives, and goal
Continuous collaboration with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
Creating detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and proposing solutions.
User story writing, user story mapping
Preparing user journey views as per requirements.
Market analysis and generate regular insights.
Drawing technical/ Business flow diagrams- UML, flow charts
To revise and re-write all documents prepared by self and team relating to documents and reports of projects.
Coordinate with client, stakeholder and technical specialists to decide upon the requirement for reports.
