Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning/ Development, Business development, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Advertising Ageny, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Automobile, Design/Printing/Publishing, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare appropriate promotional plans and strategies for our products.
∎ Visit end customers and sub dealers and fine tune channel operations.
∎ Prepare both short and long term sales forecast and marketing plans on assigned products in co-ordination with Superior.
∎ Generate innovative ideas in changing and developing promotional strategies and programmes.
∎ Plan branding activities in both ATL & BTL.
∎ Monitor supply situation of assigned products and their samples and take corrective measures where necessary.
∎ Organize meeting/training in collaboration with field forces and dealers of the product.
∎ Maintain liaison with foreign principal for more information on product development and promotional support.
∎ Closely monitor market trends, research consumer markets & competitor's activities to identify opportunities and key issues

∎ Maintaining close contact with sales team to achieve business goals.
∎ Piloting the innovations and creating new indications & expanding markets
∎ Execute any other work assigned by the superiors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command in Computer operating, especially MS word, Excel,
∎ Power point, office outlook & Internet.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Should be smart and energetic to manage any situation.
∎ Able to take initiative.
∎ Should be self motivated and possess quality to motivate subordinates.
∎ Should possess rational decision making ability.
∎ Should have very good communication and presentation skills
∎ Good command on both spoken and written English
∎ Able to Travel frequently
Salary: Negotiable
