Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve ABP Target for each financial year.
∎ Maintain relationships with existing customers by ensuring customer support, product and service information.
∎ Develop strategy for new and additional sales opportunities.
∎ Coordinate with potential clients and meet their requirement.
∎ Capture and resolve customer complain as per company policy.
∎ Seek feedback from customer end and develop plan accordingly.
∎ Actively participate in the annually and quarterly cycle plan activities.
∎ Collect market information to strengthen market intelligence activities.
∎ Ensuring of sales collection within due time frame.
∎ Increasing of the number of corporate fold to enhance business.
