Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a skilled and organized individual to serve as Executive, Auditorium Management & Operations. The role includes both the administrative coordination and technical execution of all events, functions, and programs held in the school auditorium.

Event Scheduling & Coordination:

  • Manage the schedule for all auditorium events, ensuring smooth coordination between different school departments.

  • Ensure all events are planned in advance and meet the requirements for space, equipment, and technical support.

Technical Operations:

  • Operate and maintain all audio-visual (AV) and lighting systems during events and rehearsals.

  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of the sound system, projectors, microphones, and other AV equipment.

Facilities Management:

  • Oversee the air conditioning (AC) systems to ensure a comfortable environment for events.

  • Ensure all seating arrangements are set up and maintained for events.

Maintenance & Safety:

  • Perform routine checks and maintenance of auditorium equipment, seating, and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.

  • Ensure the auditorium is clean, organized, and safe for all events, following safety protocols.

Event Support:

  • Provide on-site technical support during rehearsals and live events.

  • Assist in setting up stage elements and props, and help with the teardown after events.

  • Collaborate with staff and vendors to arrange technical needs for external events.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Coordinate with various departments (academic, administrative, and extracurricular teams) to ensure that event logistics are effectively managed.

  • Maintain clear communication with external vendors when required.
