Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in accounts
∎ Masters in Accounting/ Finance or, MBA with major in Accounting/ Finance from any reputed university.
∎ Fresher are also allowed to apply for the post of Asst. Executive.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ Looking for some dynamic & dedicated person who are familiar with Accounts & Finance operational knowledge with interpersonal skill to fulfill the permanent vacant position. Applicant with accounting diploma or CA course students are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Tally software handling knowledge will be treated as additional qualification.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making daily financial statement, revenue statement, vouchers, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger, invoices.
∎ To ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts with report and remarks, preparation of monthly, quarterly financial plans and follow up for implementation to meet the commitments/ obligation in time.
∎ Making monthly salary sheet for all portfolio of the company.
∎ Ensure an accurate monthly, quarterly & year- end financial statement.
∎ Preparation of reconciliation statement related to finance & accounts.
∎ Relevant knowledge about Export/import & LC.
∎ Ensure debit/ credit/ journal vouchers etc. are prepared properly, ensure adjustment of advances etc.
∎ Carryout the internal audit functions to ensure that all major risks of the company are identified, analyzed and reported of its efficiency and effectiveness.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having sound knowledge in computer literacy.
