  • Physical Appearance : Good looking, Strong, upright; no visible tattoos or marks on the visible parts of the body.



Responsibilities & Context:

US-Bangla Airlines, the country’s largest private airline is inviting candidates to submit applications for the post of “Executive- Airport Service”.

To ensure excellent customer services an Executive is responsible for the following -      

  • The duty of the Airport Service Executive is check-in the passengers, verify the tickets and travel document such as Passport, Visa etc.

  • Assist passengers with self-service check-in processes.      

  • Boarding gate duties.

  • Working in ramp area to maintain a safe and on time flight.

  • Load Control and Trim preparation.

  • All types of report preparation as per rules and regulations.

  • Taking care of VIP, CIP and any other special need of passengers.

  • Taking care of the physically challenged passengers with wheel chairs as required.

  • Liaison with Civil Aviation Authority.

  • To assist customers with Mishandled / damaged baggage.

  • Prepare all required reports for the same.

  • Follow up with the en-route stations regarding lost baggage.

  • Analyze anticipated operational problems such as overbookings, adverse weather conditions, delays, cancellation of flights, crew flight time limitations etc. undertaking necessary remedial action to ensure disruptions are minimized and the customer service levels are not impacted.

  • Ensure that Operation Control Center, Catering and other service providers are fully briefed regarding requirements for the day’s operation including any special handling, and update this information as necessary in order to ensure a smooth operation and avoid unnecessary expenditure and inconvenience to our passengers.

  • Follow security and safety procedures to ensure passenger well-being.

  • Any other responsibility assigned by the management from time to time.
