• Diploma in Culinary Art in Food & Nutrition
• Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) in Food Science & Technology

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Hotel, Restaurant, Overseas Companies, Group of Companies, Resort, Catering, Club

• Age 25 to 37 years
• Only Male

• Ensure public health by enforcing safety, sanitation, and quality regulations in food production, processing, and distribution.

• To inspect facilities (restaurants, factories), sample products for laboratory analysis, investigate foodborne illnesses, and enforce compliance with legal standards, including HACCP and GMP.

• Inspections: Conduct routine and surprise inspections of food premises, including kitchens, factories, and warehouses, to check cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance.

• Sampling and Testing: Collect food and water samples for laboratory analysis to check for contaminants, microbial load, and adulteration.

• Regulatory Compliance: Enforce national food safety acts (e.g., FSSAI, FDA) and issue notices or penalties for violations.

• Licensing: Review and approve licensing and registration for food business operators.

• Reporting: Document inspection findings, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.

• Investigation: Investigate complaints regarding foodborne illnesses or unsafe food products.

• Training: Educate food handlers on proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols.
