Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administration:
∎ Perform & carry out day-to-day all administrative activities i.e. general admin operations, leave & attendance records, recruitment and selection, discipline, grievance, counseling, morale and motivation.
∎ Prepare, check & submit daily and monthly attendance reports through software for both permanent & casual employees and check the variance physically.
∎ Prepare monthly salary & overtime calculation sheet for all staff of the factory and submit to the respective department/person for payment on time
∎ Maintain employee personal files and update all necessary documents from time to time.
∎ Initiate appropriate disciplinary actions in accordance with existing labour acts and company policies.
∎ Prepare office correspondence documents i.e. office order, notice, circular, meeting minutes, warning letter.
∎ Maintain and ensure logistic support, stationeries management, safety & security, cleanliness of the plant, utility service, accommodation and transportation.
∎ Assist production In-Charge to control costs in respective areas (operations, administration and others) and check bills, vouchers.
∎ Store:
∎ Raise PR after receiving demand from the user department and create Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO) and Goods Receive Note (GRN) in software.
∎ Receive damaged goods in the proper way in case of issuing new materials and keep record in the register or excel sheet.
∎ Keep all records (soft & hard copy both) of raw materials, spare parts, document & financial transaction.
∎ Maintain FIFO, LIFO, BIN card and prepare monthly inventory report & send to the concern authority.
∎ Maintain and update physical stock in order to transfer materials from one unit to another unit after creating Stock Transfer Order (STO).
∎ Support to the internal auditor during annual internal inventory audit.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft office and integrated accounting package i.e. software knowledge is must.
∎ Ability to control people and unfavorable situation at factory.
∎ Should have strong communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Candidate have to possess with sound health.
