∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software, Budget Monitoring, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, Leadership

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cost & Management Accounting, Finance/ Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, Grocery shop

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep and establish the proper accounting record and process.
∎ Having a good skill on accounting software.
∎ Prepare Financial Reports and present to the management on a daily basis.
∎ Monitor & review the accounting transaction, records, and documentation.
∎ Plan, Control, Coordinate and supervise the overall financial activities of the company.
∎ Control, Monitor and execute the total purchase, sales & inventory management process.
∎ Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets, budget variance, consolidation, and reporting to the Board of Directors of the organization.
∎ Total working and documentation as per the requirement of internal & external auditors.
∎ Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, periodic, and annual financial reports.
∎ Preparation of financial statements- Trial Balance, Income Statement, and Balance Sheet.
∎ Assist Head of Department for Day-to-Day activities
∎ Prepare costing and offer price quotation to customers.
∎ Identify and propose areas of new business opportunities.
∎ Identify key challenges and develop appropriate solutions.
∎ Responsible for overall bank reconciliation.
∎ Monitor product reasonability according to quality, price, quantity, sales potentiality and others.
∎ Coordinate with other departments regarding product uploading, QC, accounts, marketing, inventory management, customer care and other related responsibilities.
∎ Develop and ensure good relationship with existing clients to increase existing business volume.
