Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business
∎ Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Master of Commerce (MCom).
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software, Budget Monitoring, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, Leadership, Telly software

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep and establish the proper accounting record and process.
∎ Having a good skill on accounting software.
∎ Prepare Financial Reports and present to the management on a daily basis.
∎ Monitor & review the accounting transaction, records, and documentation.
∎ Plan, Control, Coordinate and supervise the overall financial activities of the company.
∎ Control, Monitor and execute the total purchase, sales & inventory management process.
∎ Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets, budget variance, consolidation, and
∎ reporting to the Board of Directors of the organization.
∎ Total working and documentation as per the requirement of internal & external auditors.
∎ Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, periodic, and annual financial reports.
∎ Preparation of financial statements- Trial Balance, Income Statement, and Balance Sheet.
∎ Assist Head of Department for Day-to-Day activities
∎ Prepare costing and offer price quotation to customers.
∎ Identify and propose areas of new business opportunities.
∎ Identify key challenges and develop appropriate solutions.
∎ Responsible for overall bank reconciliation.
∎ Monitor product reasonability according to quality, price, quantity, sales potentiality and
∎ others.
∎ Coordinate with other departments regarding product uploading, QC, accounts, marketing,
∎ inventory management, customer care and other related responsibilities.
∎ Develop and ensure good relationship with existing clients to increase existing business
∎ volume.
