Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and ensure day-to-day Accounts & Financial activities are appropriately recorded in the Books of Accounts.
∎ Reconcile the transaction of Cash, Bank, Debtors, Creditors, etc.
∎ Costing analysis and interpretation of the process.
∎ Prepare a monthly performance report and submit it to the management.
∎ Agency activation and Top-up verification.
∎ Partial payment management.
∎ Prepare, examine, and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy.
∎ Bank, portal, and sales reconciliation.
∎ Perform all F&A activities of the Company assigned by the Management from time to time.
∎ Other tasks are allocated by the higher authority.
∎ US-Bangla OTAs (Sister Concerns of US-Bangla Group), the prominent OTAs of the country, are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our Accounts & Finance/Audit Department as an “Executive”.
∎ The ideal candidate will assist in monitoring financial operations, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies.
∎ Responsibilities:
