Job Context:
∎ A reputed spinning concern export oriented group of companies, looking for a professional as follows:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing and Maintaining daily voucher, recording and posting daily transaction under respective ledger in software.
∎ Banking correspondence
∎ Willingness to work in a team and individually
∎ Prepare, review, and analyse monthly and yearly financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
∎ Responds to inquiries from the management
∎ Preparing daily receipt and payment account and reporting to the management.
∎ Preparing trial balance, profit & loss accounts, cash flow statement and Tax & Vat management etc.
∎ Preparing cash book, bank book, cheque Register, Sales Register, Receivable Register, Payable Register and various types of ledger account.
∎ Independent working ability to perform all the relevant authority.
∎ Prepare all kind of financial statements and reports that are related with day to day business operations.
∎ Daily, weekly and Monthly accounts related report preparation and checking.
∎ Control and checking all sales invoice before yarn delivery with balance confirmation.
∎ Analysing the costing of different accounts and keeps a record of all revenues and expenditures.
∎ Notify and report to senior management concerning any trends that are critical to the organisation's financial performance.
∎ Maintain and update entire accounts and finance related information in ERP/ Tally software and generate necessary reports as and when required.
∎ Any other analytical job assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
