Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the daily operations of the accounting department.
∎ Maintain accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
∎ Check different sorts of bills, vouchers, requisition slips & miscellaneous financial transaction.
∎ Preparing bills and vouchers for payment and recording all transactions in the books of accounts and accounting software.
∎ Maintain and prepare bank reconciliation statements.
∎ Banking and following up with bank and related party as and when necessary for clearing the outstanding transactions.
∎ Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CACC or partly qualified will get preference.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Accounting Software, Strong in MS Office (MS Word MS Excel), Tally ERP 9
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Accounts.
∎ Applicants should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
∎ Strong communication & Interpersonal skills.
∎ Working under pressure.
∎ Should have the mentality to work beyond time frame.
