Experience:

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Shipping, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Clearing and Forwarding (C and F) Companies, Freight forwarding, Transportation, Port Service, Inventory/Warehouse, Supply Chain

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance

(Professional certifications like CMA, ACCA, or CA(CC) will be an added advantage.)Proficiency in accounting software (Tally)and MS Office (especially Excel).

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Shipping, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Clearing and Forwarding (C and F) Companies, Freight forwarding, Transportation, Port Service, Inventory/Warehouse, Supply Chain

• Only Female

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ensuring timely payment of all bill, petty cash & Advances.

• Checking of expenses & all types of bills before preparation of payment voucher as per check list for clean bill.

• Tax & VAT deduction from supplier & other bills as per Govt. Rules & maintaining TDS register.

• Ensuring proper booking of all expenses in proper code.

• Reconciliation of Bank, advance, other provision.

• Raise Invoice to the customer & Receivable Reconciliation.
