∎ Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics is highly desirable.
∎ Familiarity with shipping regulations and compliance requirements.
∎ Proficiency in computer systems and software used in logistics operations.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
∎ Ability to work with tight deadlines.
∎ Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

∎ Maintain exceptional customer relationship and acquiring new accounts.
∎ Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and customs requirements.
∎ Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve customer retention process.
