Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing & maintaining of voucher, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger & different registers related to Finance & Accounts.
∎ Preparing of bills or invoice and keeping records of transactions.
∎ Verify the payment with bills and analyze the nature of expenses to assure operational efficiency.
∎ Monitor receivables and payable of relevant entries regularly.
∎ Analyzing Bank statements.
∎ Monthly closing of the accounts and reporting to the management.
∎ Co-ordinate with other departments.·
∎ Any other job as and when required by the Management.
