Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and develop new business opportunities (in the field of trading and infrastructure)
∎ Maintain liaison with existing and potential customers to ensure the business objectives.
∎ Create new customer base and generate sales/business
∎ Monitor and review on all business activities and report to the senior staff/management as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ 1-2 Years of in international business and business development preferable
∎ Should have ability to startup innovative business ideas
∎ Should have sound knowledge on the general market situation of Bangladesh and understanding of the market dynamics.
∎ Should have knowledge in the field of Export/Import, business done through L/C. Familiar with international commercial terms.
∎ Ability to speak and write fluent English is a must
∎ Well-developed understanding of marketing and business development strategy and implementation skill.
∎ Excellent Computer and IT skills
∎ Ready to work under pressure
∎ Strict compliance with laws and regulations, while maintaining highest ethical standard.
∎ Ability to build strong relationships relevant to the development of the company's profile and business.
∎ Excellent communication skill, consultative approach and ability to convince customers and counterparts to support projected business objectives.
∎ Smart, proactive, and result oriented.
