∎ Bachelor degree/Graduate or equivalent from any reputable University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greeting Clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
∎ Helping visitors navigate through the meeting room
∎ Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
∎ Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including filing, copying, taking notes, Preparing meeting and training rooms.
∎ Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
∎ Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
∎ Sorting and distributing mail (domestic and international courier)
∎ Scheduling appointments

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-2 Years of experience in international organization to be given preference.
∎ Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
∎ Ability to speak and write fluent English is a must
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
∎ Good time management skills.
∎ Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
∎ Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as and when required.
