Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greeting clients warmly and making them feel comfortable upon arrival.
∎ Providing a variety of spa services such as facials, body treatments, massages, and skin care therapies based on the client’s needs.
∎ Maintaining a clean and serene environment in the treatment rooms and common areas.
∎ Preparing the spa for treatments by arranging towels, oils, and other necessary items.
∎ Consulting with clients about their skin or body care needs and recommending appropriate treatments or products.
∎ Ensuring client privacy and comfort throughout the treatment.
∎ Following health and safety guidelines, including sanitizing equipment and tools after each use.
∎ Managing client appointments, keeping records, and handling payments when required.
∎ Promoting spa services, treatments, and products to enhance the client’s experience.
∎ Staying updated on new spa techniques, treatments, and trends to offer the best services.
