∎ HSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Check and verify every single document of land relating to land deeds and Bia-Deeds, Records, Porcha, Survey Maps, Khatians, Dags, DCRs of CS, SA, RS, BS etc., mutation documents, tax documents demarcation of land and property.
∎ Arrange Land Registration, Mutation, Bashundhara File Transfer, Gate Pass, Bashundhara Form Fill-up, Power of attorney and Bashundhra related any kind of work such as welfare, society, VAT & TAX, Miscellaneous charge.
∎ Understand all legal documents, Deed of Agreement, MOU, Power of Attorney, various type of undertaking Affidavit, Legal notice, Bashundhara Rules and Regulations etc.
∎ Preparation of Joint Venture Deed of Agreement/Power of Attorney/Sale Deed/MOU/Baina/Agreement/Deed for Bashundhara Office/Any other Deed as required.
∎ To coordinate land related all legal matters & maintain liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. organization such as DC Office, AC Land office, Sub-Registry office, Tahshil Office, Civil aviation office, Fire Service, DESCO, WASA, PDB etc.
∎ To keep and maintain good relations with AC-Land office, Sub-Registry Office, RAJUK Office, Architect Office etc.
∎ Plan submit to RAJUK office for approval with unification and NOC
∎ To follow up the registration & mutation process.
∎ Finalize terms and conditions for Joint Venture Development or purchase
∎ Any other tasks as and when assign by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments.
∎ The applicants should have Knowledge Government and Private Organizations.
∎ Must be proper knowledge on the computer (MS Office, Excel & Bangla/English writing)
