∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Management: Manage end-to-end ERP implementation, ensuring that project goals are achieved within scope, time, and budget constraints.
∎ Requirement Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders and business units to gather, analyze, and document the specific requirements of the garments and textile domain.
∎ Business Process Mapping: Map and optimize business processes to ensure that the ERP system addresses the company’s needs effectively.
∎ Data Migration & Integration: Oversee the data migration process from legacy systems and ensure the seamless integration of the ERP system with other business applications.
∎ Testing & Quality Assurance: Coordinate and oversee the testing phase to ensure that the system functions according to specifications and industry standards.
∎ Training & Support: Develop and implement training programs for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure the effective use of the ERP system.
∎ Change Management: Lead change management activities to ensure smooth transition and adoption of the new ERP system.
∎ Reporting & Documentation: Regularly report on project status to stakeholders and maintain proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
∎ Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and adopt best practices pertinent to the garments and textile industry.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8-10 years of experience in ERP project management.
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in the garments and textile industry.
∎ Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
∎ Experience in working with ERP systems like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar.
∎ Proficient in business process mapping and data migration.
∎ Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
∎ Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements for the garments and textile sector.
