Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Collaborate with the concerned person/department to prepare a formal Project Charter outlining the objectives, detailed scope, resources, timeline, and budget for each new implementation.
∎ Project implementation ability working in a team environment composed of other analysts, directors, supervisors, support personnel, internal concern persons/departments, and vendors.
∎ To analyze, verify and validate the deliverables, procedures, and processes, identify and address gaps, and recommend improvements; ensuring a consistent optimal level of quality for all deliverables and processes in ERP/software. They will prepare and analyze various documents required
∎ To Participate in operational review meetings with Steering Committee, concerned person/department to translate business needs into functional requirements and business scenarios
∎ To Manage the effective transition of requirements to the delivery team ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements
∎ To Manage the complete ERP Implementation lifecycle for approved development activities with a focus on reducing cycle times between functional, technical, and QA resources
∎ To Manage project plan, budget, and resource scheduling on a weekly basis
∎ Prepare weekly status reports and facilitate weekly status review meetings with the concerned person/department.
∎ Identify risks and formally manage risk mitigation plans in close collaboration with the concerned person/department.
∎ To Facilitate quality assurance reviews with concerned person/department on a regular basis and execute correction actions.
∎ To Engage with project teams to gather assets, best practices, and guidance from our concern /department in an effort to integrate and/or improve our methodologies and end-user experience
∎ Experience in systems specifications analysis, testing methodology, and test plan formulation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Knowledge of Lean, ITIL, PPM, PMO, etc. standards and processes
∎ Working functional and Technical knowledge of different NOW ERP modules (BASE, Purchase, Finance, Planning, Production, CAMS, CATS, QM, MCM, MQM)
∎ Background in the RMG sector and knowledge of the garments industry
∎ Knowledge of Workflow of NOW ERP.
∎ Have worked on Post GO LIVE Support to raise issues and interact with the ERP Support team.
