• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science
• Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Communication Engineering
• Master of Information & Communication Technology (MICT) in Chemical Technical/Engineering

• Age 25 to 30 years

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementations and ensure solutions align with client business goals.

• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional designs and specifications.

• Configure and customize ERP modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Sales, HR, etc.) to meet approved solution designs.

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, scope, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.

• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.

• Collaborate with development, QA, and BA teams to deliver complete and accurate solutions.

• Review and approve functional deliverables; monitor progress and resolve project escalations.

• Oversee functional testing, including unit, integration, and UAT, ensuring system readiness.

• Lead go-live planning, cutover execution, and post-go-live hypercare support.

• Ensure solutions follow governance, compliance, and performance standards.

• Deliver end-user and key-user training and support change-management initiatives.

• Stay updated on ERP product updates and recommend enhancements or optimizations.

• Perform other duties related to ERP implementation and functional leadership as assigned by management.
