Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Give support for successful Implementation & Post-Implementation of ERP applications.
∎ Monitor data entry from each department.
∎ Trouble shoot any ERP data entry or report errors.
∎ Coordinate with user & vendors to ensure the successful execution of the ERP plan and deliver a quality project.
∎ This position is Responsible for the implement, support of various application development components.
∎ Working knowledge of SQL, SQL Server, and server-side query languages, and Basic knowledge of IT Infrastructure.
∎ To assure the quality of software being provided to the users, through reviews with developers and other Methodical software quality assurance processes.
∎ Provides guidance and specialized functional knowledge to internal and external contacts.
∎ Provide training to the users and ensure sustainability.
∎ Effectively communicates well-reasoned software solution expectations to internal customers, team members and other stakeholders.
∎ Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
∎ Ability to learn and teach new technologies and skills as new technology is introduced.
∎ Take part with any kind of ICT support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have at least 02 (Two) years' experience in the following area(s): ERP, Information technology, Networking, SQL Server, Active Directory.
∎ Working experience on RMG-ERP is preferable.
∎ Peripheral Support, Knowledge and skills of Hardware & Computer support.
∎ Vendor Management knowledge.
∎ Database basic knowledge.
∎ System Analysis & Requirement Analysis.
∎ Ability to work across multiple business units and assist with management decisions and problem solving activities.
∎ Excellent communication and leadership skills with attitude.
∎ Should be a quick learner.
∎ Should be polite, smart and intelligent.
