Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The position is responsible for bridging business needs and ERP solutions by analyzing requirements, supporting implementation, and driving process improvements. This role ensures seamless collaboration between stakeholders and the DataTex team for optimal system performance.
∎ Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder meetings, interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
∎ Translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications for the DataTex ERP team.
∎ Develop detailed business process models, user stories, and workflow diagrams to support solution design.
∎ Conduct gap analyses and recommend appropriate process or system enhancements to bridge identified gaps.
∎ Support all phases of ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
∎ Act as a liaison between business users and the Development/DataTex Support teams to ensure proper alignment and communication.
∎ Perform in-depth data analysis to identify business trends and support data-driven decisions, including inputs for Power BI dashboards and reports.
∎ Facilitate and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business and functional requirements.
∎ Provide user training, documentation, and post-deployment support to ensure effective adoption of ERP solutions.
∎ Monitor system performance post-implementation and gather feedback for continuous improvement and optimization.
