∎ Experience teaching within the Cambridge Lower Secondary or IGCSE curriculum is highly preferred.
∎ Minimum two-year commitment is required for this role.
∎ Relocation to Narsingdi is necessary.
∎ High proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is essential.
∎ Enthusiastic and empathetic attitude towards working with young learners.
∎ Goal-oriented and able to manage tasks effectively under pressure.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and G Suite is essential.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.

∎ Plan, prepare, and deliver effective English lessons for Grades 6-8, following the Cambridge Lower Secondary English/ESL curriculum.
∎ Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that fosters learning and student confidence in language acquisition.
∎ Develop lesson plans that meet the individual learning needs of students and encourage a high standard of performance.
∎ Monitor and assess students’ progress and provide regular feedback to both students and parents.
∎ Use a variety of teaching methodologies, including interactive techniques, to ensure a dynamic and engaging learning experience.
∎ Participate in school events, training sessions, and professional development activities.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including lesson plans, assessments, and report cards.
∎ Collaborate with other teachers and staff to promote a holistic approach to student learning.
