Job Responsibilities:
∎ Content Writer Duties and Responsibilities
∎ Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and body copy
∎ Researching and organizing facts and sources
∎ Interviewing sources
∎ Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with team for new ideas and strategies
∎ Building a following for brand on social media with creative work
∎ Researching markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original
∎ Collaborating with campaign managers, creative team, and designers
∎ Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (website, blogs, articles, social updates, banners, case studies, guides, white papers, etc.)
∎ We are looking for a Content Writer to join our editorial team and enrich our websites with new blog posts, guides, and marketing copy.
∎ Content Writer responsibilities include conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types and proofreading articles before publication. If you're familiar with producing online content and have an eye for detail, we'd like to meet you. Feel free to share samples of your work or portfolio of your published articles, along with your application.
∎ Ultimately, you'll deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness.
∎ High level of Writing proficiency in English is MUST.
∎ Translates orally or in writing all documents presented by employers, staff, and other individuals.
∎ Prepare written translations of instructional and educational materials, correspondence, and forms from one language to another when appropriate for use by the employers, staff, and other individuals.
∎ Review translated material for accuracy of meaning, grammar and syntax.
∎ Answer inquiries from employers, community agencies, and individuals and interpret and explain words and phrases for meaning and appropriateness.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good to have experience of editing works for few years with evidence of publications in international magazines, journals and books from reputed international publishing houses.
∎ Candidates having outstanding capacity are encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent computer operation skills including word processing (English).
∎ Prepare publications, documentation, User Manual reports, and presentations for project stakeholders
∎ Review translated material for accuracy of meaning, grammar and syntax.
∎ Basic knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
∎ Knowledge of methods of compiling, organizing and analyzing data.
∎ Ability to verbally translate spoken material.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
∎ Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar rolePortfolio of published articlesExperience doing research using multiple sourcesFamiliarity with web publicationsExcellent writing and editing skills in EnglishHands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)Ability to meet deadlinesBSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field
