Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Instructor to deliver high-quality instruction in English language, literature, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will create an engaging learning environment that supports student development in reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking, and must demonstrate a strong command of the English language. Experience in preparing students for both TOEFL and IELTS exams is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver English lessons aligned with curriculum standards and student learning needs.

• Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, writing techniques, and reading comprehension.

• Encourage student participation and engagement through interactive and student-centered teaching methods.

• Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, exams, and class activities.

• Provide constructive feedback and academic support to help students improve language proficiency.

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and achievements.

• Adapt teaching materials and strategies for students with different learning levels and backgrounds.

• Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and professional development activities.

• Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.

• Conduct engaging English language classes for students of varying skill levels.

• Prepare students for the TOEFL and IELTS exams (Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing).

• Design and deliver lessons tailored to the needs and goals of students.

• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and support.

• Develop practice tests, mock exams, and other learning materials.

• Maintain a friendly, motivating, and professional learning environment.

• Stay updated on the latest TOEFL and IELTS test patterns and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Excellent command of the English language (speaking, reading, writing).

• Proven experience in teaching English and preparing students for TOEFL and IELTS exams.

• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
