Job Context:
∎ Vivo is a well-reputed Chinese Multinational Smart phone Assembly/Manufacturing Company. For the expansion of the operational work, we are looking for well expert in the Maintenance of Fuji NXT pick & place Machine for the position of "Engineer/Sr. Engineer"(SMT) who have Excellent capability in maintenance issue as well as knowledge of smartphone electronics.

∎ Work Shift: 08:30:00 AM to 05:30:00 PM (including one hour break);/ 08:30:00 PM to 05:30:00 AM (including one hour break);
∎ Six days working (week off Friday)
∎ OT Facilities: Free Snacks during Overtime
∎ English Proficiency: High Level.
∎ Quality: Positive, active, careful, expression, coordination, execution, and compression ability.
∎ Should be ready to adhere to Company Culture and Policies.
∎ Preference: Who can join us as soon as possible.
∎ Should be ready to accept challenges and have the desire to learn new skills.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design maintenance plan, procedures and methods
∎ Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults
∎ Diagnose the breakdown problems
∎ Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly
∎ Liaise with client departments, and other engineering and production colleagues
∎ Control maintenance tools, stores and equipment
∎ Monitor and control maintenance costs
∎ Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
∎ Write maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines
∎ Ensure there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ experience of Application & Maintenance of Fuji NXT pick & place Machine.
∎ Can independently install and PAM calibration of NXT-II/III machine,
∎ Can carry out weekly, monthly and annual maintenance of machine;
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Ability to work well both individually and in a team
∎ Excellent logic and reasoning skills
∎ Genuine willingness to learn
∎ Must be capable to work 12 Hour shifts and Night Shifts.
Salary: Negotiable
