Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma is Electrical or Mechanical Engineering / BSC in any disciplines
∎ Minimum five years experience.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Electrical Engineering, Electrical Maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Hospital, Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To receive, store and issue supplies and equipment for smooth operation of Engineering Department.
∎ Compiles records of supply transactions and verify that supplies received are listed on requisitions and invoices.
∎ Requests purchase (PR) of all engineering materials on computer software (Materials Control) and communicate with the purchasing department & with suppliers and collect the materials as per PO (Purchase Order) delivery date.
∎ All engineering (Local and Imported) materials to be received and stored properly.
∎ Receives, check and send all engineering bills after proper logged down to Supplier's bill Log Book to Accounts Department with signature of Head of Department
∎ Issues all Materials from store and update in software.
∎ Monthly Physical Inventory & Stock Submit to Department Head.
∎ Yearly Store Inventory with internal & External Audit & Stock Submit to Department Head.
∎ Arranges & Receive emergency cash purchase bills, prepare expenditure vouchers, and submit to accounts department.
∎ Prepares all gate passes and follow up on returns.
∎ Monthly Utility Bill Collect and Checked and send to Accounts Departments.
∎ Keeps All Important Official Documents related to Engineering Store & Department updated & preserve properly.
∎ Any work assigned by Head of Department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Practical experience in hotel Engineering store management would be an added advantage
∎ Good Computer skills
∎ Knowledge in inventory system is preferable
∎ Good Bangla and English
∎ Positive Personality
