Responsibilities & Context:
To expand our creative team, we are looking for an experienced Structural Drawing, Drafting & Design fit-out Draftsman with a minimum of 3-5 years of related job experience.
Job Responsibilities
Create detailed architectural, structural drawings (plans, elevations, sections, details) using AutoCAD.
3D Modelling By ETABS Staad-Pro.
Prepare detailed 2D drawings (Electrical, Plumbing, Fire etc.) for presentations and execution.
Prepare RAJUK and other approval sheet.
Meet project deadlines while maintaining design quality.
