About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven professional to join our Project Management and Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of three to four years in a coordinator role and two to three years of hands-on project site experience.

Key Responsibilities:

-Coordinate and manage all departmental meetings, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.

-Liaise with the design team to obtain and update project drawings, and keep project managers informed.

-Provide support to site engineers and project managers, ensuring they have the necessary documents and resources.

-Maintain an organized archive of all project documents and ensure everything is easily accessible.

-Work closely with various teams, including customer service, to ensure smooth project execution.

-Demonstrate excellent English writing and communication skills, and proficiency in advanced spreadsheet management.
