Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. 24x7 Support Desk alarm monitoring through NMS (Temp, Humidity, Smoke, Door, AC/DVS, Generator, Battery Voltage, Rectifier Alarm, etc) using EMS and Netco Tools.
∎ 2. Alarm correlation to identify fault with the help of different EMS and inventory database.
∎ 3. Generate TT within 1 to 5 minutes for major and critical alarms after analyzing the alarm.
∎ 4. During Roaster daily physical site visit Category A type CO (Substation room, Battery room, LT panel, PFI Panel ATS, Generator, NTTN, IIG, Info Sarker Aggregation) on a daily basis (NMC Gulshan CO KPI station) and fill up checklist for necessary actions
∎ 5. Assign TT and engage field team with the vehicle and appropriate tools & accessories to the appropriate team for quick resolution of the problem.
∎ 6. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders through social media (Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) after receiving complaints through e-mail, calls, chat, etc.
∎ 7. Validate the complaint with the help of various supporting tools. 8. Creating TT with proper information. If any information is missing then collect it from client/internal stakeholders and ensure effective follow-up (call team, in charge) with physical and logical O&M teams.
∎ 09. Technical management escalation to faster fault restoration as per fault escalation matrix.
∎ 10. Notify regional Engineer, Team Leader/In charge or Line Manager once any problem occurs.
∎ 11. Weekly report on the Incident Report and the way forward to mitigate the problem in future.
∎ 12. Daily reporting on Door Open, Temp Alarm, AC performance, gen Running, Rectifier Alarm, Smoke Alarm, etc.
∎ 13. Follow up with regional Technicians/Engineer/In Charge unless the problem is resolved.
∎ 14. Depending on the merit of the problem escalate the issue to Line Manager/HOF.
∎ 15. First-level troubleshooting for applicable cases.
∎ 16. Assist operation teams in fault handling through different operational procedures.
∎ 17.Any other tasks assigned by the management.
