Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Minimum 3 years (Engineer) in practical hands work experience in mechanical engineering maintenance and operation.
Knowledge on operation and maintenance of printing (MHM, RIGGIANI), Stenter (BRUCKNER, MONFORTS), Washing (GOLLER, TONELLO), Boiler, Compressor, plumbing, firefighting & detection system, diesel & Gas generator sets, water pumps will be added advantages.
Excellent understanding. Written & oral communication in English.
Committed to work, independent, self-driven & result oriented.
Strong computer skill in MS Office applications and AUTO-CAD.
Good leadership, execution skill and ability to manage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure the overall operation of the machinery at optimum speed.
Monitor machine maintenance schedule and execute accordingly.
Ensure that safety training is provided to staff and that proper safety practices are followed.
Maintain effective working relationship and work in cooperation with the management team to effectively meet departmental and unit objectives.
Take action in case of production related/machine related problems in the factory and solve accordingly.
Maintain minimum stock level of spare parts and costing for spare parts consumption.
Approve requisition to draw spare parts from the store for maintenance purpose.
Perform periodic evaluations of subordinates and recommends and impalement discipline as required.
Carry out any others jobs as assigned from time to time.
Ensure safety quality and compliance activities in work place.
Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
