 Essential Requirements:

• Possesses at least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in the industrial machinery sector, particularly with diesel engines, generators, power systems, and overhauling.
• Must possess a valid passport and have a strong willingness to travel abroad for advanced training and international work assignments.
• Demonstrates a strong ability to work under pressure, both independently and as a vital part of a team.
• Proficient in reading technical manuals and schematics and skilled with MS Office Suite and AutoCAD (2D/3D).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Highly Preferred Skills (What will make you stand out):
• Candidates with significant hands-on experience in Synchronization, Electric Panel Servicing and Commissioning, and Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) will be given strong preference.

As a key member of our technical team, you will be the face of our company, ensuring the reliability and peak performance of sophisticated diesel generator systems for our valued clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Expert Diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Acting as the go-to specialist for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues in diesel generators, including their electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
• Proactive Maintenance: Conducting routine maintenance checks and comprehensive service to ensure our clients' equipment operates with maximum reliability and efficiency.
• Installation & Commissioning: Supporting the successful installation and commissioning of new diesel generator units at various client sites.
• Emergency Response: Responding swiftly to emergency breakdowns, performing decisive and effective on-site repairs to minimize downtime.
• Upholding Excellence: Maintaining meticulous records of all service activities and adhering strictly to all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for everyone.
