Technical Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Works with Marine Incharge to identify opportunities in Marine segment
∎ Scopes the market aggressively in unorganized Marine Fishing Trawler sector and generates inquiries
∎ Analyzes customer's requirement thoroughly and understands application specific details
∎ Understands and match customer's interface with company product & service
∎ Coordinates with Product Support and Application Engineering teams for developing and delivering Genset/ Engine / Accessories for Marine clients
∎ Analyses and communicates market competitiveness to customers and utilizes customer support options as value addition to enhance package attractiveness for value selling
∎ Closes deal with the customer along with all the terms & conditions w.r.t delivery and payment.
∎ Ensures timely delivery of Genset/ Engine / Accessories an onsite installation as well as sea trial.
∎ Tracks and reports performance of competitor's installations.
∎ Manages customer account - collection of receivables, statutory declaration forms, bank guarantees etc.
∎ Develops and grows long-term relationships with major Marine clients
∎ Provides necessary inputs for executing specific marketing initiatives for unorganized Marine Fishing Trawler sector
∎ Ensures adherence to budget and maintains sales cost at optimum level
