Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
DWDM, Ethernet, GPON, SDH
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Telecommunication, ISP
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze, plan and deploy DWDM and SDH transmission network.
∎ Understanding transmission requirement for internal traffic growth & customers (Telco, ISP and enterprise). Then, Prepare Solution and BoQ.
∎ Identify long-haul fiber requirement and drive relevant team for development
∎ Co-ordination with different stakeholders for service integration, fault rectification and network analysis
∎ Maintaining accurate database for services and create visibility
∎ Synergize the team and network for advancement, optimization and betterment
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good understanding on SDH & DWDM network
∎ Basic understanding on GPON, Ethernet, IP, Servers etc.
∎ Sound working knowledge on various computer applications
∎ Leadership skills with innovative attitude and analytical ability
∎ Fluency in both English and Bangla
