DWDM, SDH
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP, Telecommunication

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Network Monitoring & 1st level support 24x7 in roaster duty
∎ Work closely with internal and external NOC’s customer interfacing in troubleshooting maintenance and configuration of SDH & DWDM Network.
∎ Trouble Ticket (TT) handling
∎ Lambda wise optical power level calculation
∎ Analysis of logical network
∎ Preventive maintenance
∎ Inventory management
∎ NMS maintenance
∎ Network management
∎ Database management & reporting
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge SDH, DWDM network alarms and faults
∎ Basic knowledge of IP network
∎ Ability to manage cross functional team communication
∎ Good communication and presentation skill
∎ Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Excellent computer skills with proven proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
∎ Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal skills
