∎ B.Sc in EEE/ETE/ECE/CSE from reputed top ranked public & private university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring network using different NMS and performance monitoring tools
∎ Trouble ticket Management.
∎ Providing level 1 logical (Data, SDH & DWDM network) support and coordination with operational stakeholders to rectify operational issues.
∎ Effective Communication with clients and stake holders over phone/email/meetings.
∎ Reporting within deadline with analysis and accuracy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Basic concept of transmission , L-2/ L-3 device and connectivity and operations, computer skills
∎ Basic concept of SDH Network
∎ Good communication and presentation skill
∎ An amiable personality
∎ Must be a TEAM player with strong interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
Salary: Negotiable
