∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing 2nd level logical troubleshooting support for nationwide infrastructure backbone and access network (L2, MPLS L2/L3, and FTTX) (2) And L2/L3 services of Telco, ISP, ICX, IGW, IIG, Govt. etc. customer
∎ Level-2 network monitoring, preventive maintenance and performance analysis of L2/L3, GPON and MPLS backbone network and taking actions to fix the issues.
∎ Clear understanding and technical troubleshooting knowledge on IP
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ CCNA certification is mandatory
∎ Good understanding of technical troubleshooting
∎ Knowledge on networking technologies protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS, VLAN, MPLS, QoS etc.) and services layer2, layer-3, MPLS VPNs, NMS (Nagios, Huawei etc.) etc.
∎ Excellent computer skills with proven proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
∎ Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal skills
