Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in ETE/ECE/EEE/Telecommunication form any reputed public or private university
∎ Preferred Universities (CUET, KUET, RUET, other Govt. Institutes, AUST, NSU, AIUB, EWU, BRAC, IUB)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
NTTN, Telecommunication or ISP field work
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking link status (port up/ down) and taking actions accordingly
∎ Checking link traffic from device port, Cacti etc. server and making decision accordingly
∎ Identifying high loss, error status in device and link rectification confirmation based on link budget calculation
∎ Engage the operation and maintenance team for various tasks and monitoring thoroughly
∎ Operation and maintenance of aerial and underground optical fiber
∎ Implementation new link and client service delivery
∎ Router, Switch, DWDM, active and passive device installation, power on and activation support
∎ AC and DC power system, generator and battery setup support and maintenance
∎ GPON network monitoring and troubleshooting
∎ Preparing field survey report, route map, drum plan, permission documentation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Clear understanding on concepts of Telecommunication area
∎ Knowledge on Optical fiber maintenance and testing tools.
∎ Experience in Nagios, Cacti etc. monitoring and reporting tools
∎ Must have clear understanding on ping, traceroute and usage of these tools for network connectivity and quality checking
∎ Must have knowledge on field survey, route map and fiber drum plan. HDD ,fiber blowing, submit as built report with KMZ files.
∎ Expertise on preparing report in MS-Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
∎ Must have basic knowledge on:
∎ layer-3 network monitoring, basic troubleshooting based on ping, route learning, route advertise, policy etc.,
∎ Layer-2 network monitoring and basic troubleshooting based on VLAN, mac address learning, STP, RSTP etc.,
∎ Knowledge on ISP/IIG/IGW/ITC network
